Mary Ramsey is a choreographer and movement director specializing in water and underwater performance for film, television, fashion, advertising, and live events. A former NCAA artistic swimmer with decades of elite competitive training, she draws on a lifetime of technical expertise to create movement that is both athletically precise and cinematic.  Her work spans choreography, underwater performance direction, movement coaching, and talent preparation for productions ranging from feature films and television to music videos, fashion campaigns, and live productions.

Her work has appeared in projects for Disney, Amazon Studios, major recording artists, luxury fashion houses, and global brands, collaborating with directors, producers, performers, and creative teams to create movement that is expressive, technically sophisticated, and designed specifically for the camera.

Mary is also an experienced underwater performer, body double, and movement coach for film, television, and commercial productions. She serves as Co-Director of Aqualillies, an internationally recognized leader in synchronized swimming entertainment, overseeing choreography, casting, production, and talent development for aquatic performances worldwide.
